Delivery and Returns

Returns are not accepted except for incorrect and damaged product shipments. Invoice submission is mandatory for all returns.

The steps to be followed for the return process are presented below for your information;

Required Steps for Return;

  • Please inform [email protected] about the problem you have experienced with your order and the return request within 14 days after the delivery of your order. After this notification, you will be sent to the address where you can send the product with counter payment within 24 hours.

  • When your cargo reaches our company, we will check and inform you that we have approved your return, and we will request your bank account information to pay your return fee.

  • After your return request is approved, your return fee will be credited to your account within 7 working days.


How Do I Follow the Return Process?
